Junior chef de partie (starters) & Comis chef for Italian restaurant
Our Italian Chef is looking for positive, hard workers and team player candidates to join his existing brigade of 4 chefs for this small and busy Italian restaurant.
Salary according to capacity and experience.
The applicant should:
- be willing to learn, progress and have a passion for Italian food.
- have minimum of 6 months experience in a similar establishment.
- be eligible to live and work full time in the UK.
- be willing to work split shifts on a rota basis especially weekends and evenings (last orders 23.30).
- live within 45 minutes commuting distance.
- be able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months.

Waiter/waitress
We need an experienced waiter/waitress to fit in our team, we work under pressure with a smile, we have an eye for detail, we are casual but professional and with a can do attitude.

- have a minimum three years experience in Italian restaurant and with good knowledge of Italian dishes, fluent in English and able to work 7/8 shift per weeks to include evenings and weekends.
- live within reasonable distance as last order is 23.30.
